I like it occasionally. It clears out the sinus/nostrils and drinking the broth makes my stomach feel warm afterwards.
Make sure to leave some water inside so some spicy oils end up in the broth.

Same thing with me, I bought a 5 pack thinking it would be like most 'spicy' ramen, but god damn, like >>15576963 said this stuff was just brutal. I couldn't even taste any flavor because my tongue was burning so bad, and I started hiccuping uncontrollably after swallowing it. I've cooked the remaining noodles with other things and they're good quality, I might check out the other heat levels they offer in the future.

yep, I can handle the normal buldak bokkeummyeon but the 2x spicy is too hot to even bother eating. I enjoy the normal kind, especially the stew variety

I honestly prefer shin red to shin black. It has an acidic spice quality the black is lacking. There are other good brands of spicy ramyun too, I like the hwa brand

Juat bought the regular black ones a couple days ago. Didnt think this brand would be actually spicy. I'm not a huge fan of numbing spicyness that covers the other flavors but hopefully these aren't too bad.

western packaged food isn't, but koreans eat some pretty hot stuff, so if they call something "2x spicy" you know it'll be super hot

personally I've never tried this, but I like their normal flavors. I don't think I'd want to go hotter than that though
