I made cannelloni yesterday (using lasagne sheets cut in half cause couldn't find cannelloni ones in any shop). Filling is garlic, onion, tomato, mushroom and chicken. Topped with bechamel and parmesan on top.

Last night I did panfried salmon with a vegetable noodle stirfry.

It didn't work very well. The salmon was underseasoned and overcooked. It's probably a mistake to try to coordinate two such fast cooking dishes when I only really have room for one pan.

Yeah I'll admit that my cannelloni look a bit of a sloppa but I tried my best to serve them without breaking them and then I started eating before I took a picture lmao. But they were quite tasty I have to say.

Made this last weekend to the letter, I have homemade stock and dried peppers and bought short ribs.
