I don't eat them as a challenge, I eat them as lunch. One of my favorite ways is to add peanut butter to make a spicy peanut noodle dish. Another is to add a bit of cheese sauce to make it creamy.

I ate three bags in a row. They are hot but not terrible. I actually liked them. Only issue I had was if I coughed all hell would break out.
I leave water in my ramen so I drink it after the noodles. Drinking that is what gave me the coofs.

They're pretty spicy. Not mind blowing Simpsons hallucination tier spicy, but relative to a lot of commercially available food it's pretty spicy. A lot of people struggle with "pretty spicy" if they don't eat spicy food very often. I love these noodles myself, but I wish they were just a bit less spicy than they are. Pic is my preferred level of spice on ramen.
