Ginger Pear Roast Chicken
5 lb fresh whole chicken
-bosc pears
-ginger, salt, pepper, thyme, sage, oregano, chili powder, cyanne pepper, cornstarch dry rub over entire 'cken
-stuff one pear inside
-pour s o y sauce and siratcha and water in pan
-arrange pears
375 for 30 min/ pound
Done around 185 at leg joint
Simple as
