Exotic meat market dot com. Everything from bobcat to camel. Other than that find a local hunting expo, once corona is over anyways. I went to one a decade ago and tried dozens of exotic meats like zebra, coyote, etc.

Talk to your butcher they can probably order it in. Here there is a supplier, and they will supply to the butcher shops by special order. Usually takes a week to come in. As for seafood, look up seafood markets in your area, if there is a large asian population in your city, there may be an seafood market in the area that will import things that are hard to obtain locally.

Depends on your definition of exotic.

You can get alligator fairly easily along the Gulf Coast. Especially in Louisiana and Florida.

How do I talk to a butcher? Where do I even find them? Seriously I didn’t know that you could buy meat directly from a butcher until I was like 12. I thought all meat came through the supermarket acting as a middle man
