>Beat 2 - 3 eggs with a tiny splash of milk (a teaspoon or 2)
>Melt butter in pan and pour in eggs
>Drag egg from edges and let the unset egg fill it in
>When egg is set slide out onto plate and fold in half
>Stir sweet chilli sauce, American style mayo and a can of tuna into rice
>Dice egg and add to rice too
>Season with salt and pepper and stir all together
