I have been watching a few vlogs of Americans throughout the years, and it doesn't seem like Americans make their own food ever. Like the average life on an American would consist of them waking up, going to someplace to get coffee and breakfast from a fast food place, then wander around in walmart or something similar, and then at some point they would get lunch at some fast food place. And then late in the evening, they would get dinner at some fast food place. They took their car out three times in a day, and had long drive requiring highways just to get food. And it was like this for almost every American I watched.

How common is it for Americans to make their own food? Like how many times in a week does an American make their own food?
