it has been massively cut down - like hot bar and salad bar - but it's still there. might depend on the state you're in but there are still some prepared foods things they still do.

prepared foods is pretty much anything ready to eat. it mostly consists of sandwiches, wraps, and snack boxes in a very small store. it could also include a case where someone serves you cold food from the pound, a hot and cold by-weight buffet, rotisserie chickens, hot pizza slices, and in big stores a chipotle-style taco place and a kiosk-style diner.

I regularly see homeless people making a box piled like its the tower of babel only to walk out without paying and the store never does anything about it. The fuck is up with that?

I always see hot ass girls with fine asses working there, have you ever fucked one and how hard/easy is it?

>> No.15407577

>>15407312
yeah that happens, as long as homeless people are respectful of food safety then it doesn't really matter. the thing that causes a lot of stuff to be thrown out on the buffets are really weird people who dig their hands into the food and cause the whole batch to be thrown out. it is never homeless people who cause that.

i am one of the girls who work there and i met my boyfriend from working with him. there was a lot of sex going on when we worked at a huge flagship store and we actually got caught fucking outside of our store by another coworker. we work well together so a different store hired us both for the same department and we're the only couple the store has knowingly hired. we were kept on at the old store even though they knew we were in a relationship but the work we were doing there got so bad and boring due to coronavirus that we ended up transferring.

Every time I've gotten pizza from Whole Foods it's been undercooked. I take it home and finish it in the oven, but why does this always happen? Multiple locations too.

How the fuck do you deal with those psychotic customers? And how many of your coworkers have dreadlocks? And before you guys think that was a meme that died 20 years ago last time I went to whole foods half the checkout staff were whites with dreads.

Is your pizza still two slices for $7 bucks? Great deal, I still remember when it was two for $5 bucks.

I did my elderly neighbors shopping at Whole Foods this summer while he was making arrangements with family to care for him because pandemic and a group of rabid white people holding big BLM signs and paintings of St. Floyd yelled at me and called me a bigot and a racist for shopping there. “I’m shopping for my elderly neighbor so he doesn’t get sick and die” “ I don’t care, go shop somewhere else, this place is racist!” And then I realized these people are insane. Not one POC among them either, just boomer and zoomer wypipo. Apparently the zoomer employees got assblasted when corporate told them they couldn’t wear BLM masks at work.

What qualities are JUMP off the paper buzzwords for you when reviewing an application?
I interview incredibly well, and almost always just get hired on the spot.
Unfortunately, WF has so many hoops to jump through with their interview process, it's not that simple for me.
There is ONE thing I can think of that would possibly be deterring me from getting an application put though.
When I worked at one six years ago, there was a manager for another department (specialty) who was always making trouble for us over at prep foods (we had been told several times by both department heads not to listen to a word this guy said).
He was fucking incessant, and one day I just snapped and told him to fuck right off and go over my head if he had any problems, and that he shouldn't be micromanaging another department.
He was transferred to the store I've been applying at.
I KNOW that he's seen me and will go as far out of his way as he can to talk shit about me because an 18 year old kid made him look like a total fucking moron in front of two departments.
I actually think that's why he transferred.

Somehow I didn't get fired after that because I was too valuable to the store, and that just really rubbed that fuckface the wrong way.

Would you still work at Whole Foods if a nationwide minimum wage of $15.00 is approved?
If not, what would you do?
