Single item? Probably the huge ass breakfast platter I had at the coast. Egg, bacon, sausage, ham, chicken fried steak, hashbrowns, toast, and god knows what else drowning in country gravy. For fast food it was probably a triple bacon patty something from BK. Here in america it's widely known that the average adult need's at least 4 times that a day.

Couldn't tell you between eating entire large pizzas (if you like Papa John's, drink about 2L of water if you eat the entire pie, each slice basically has a minimum of 1g of sodium) or various large fast food meals. When McDonald's had their 'artisan' menu, I would regularly order the bacon smokehouse (or whatever it was called) using a BOGO for $1 app deal; each sandwich was about 900kcal. I went to popeyes one day after work and ate 4 chicken sandwiches with barbeque sauce. Then there's just the general over-eating in pretty much every circumstance.

>package of ramen noodles with added veggies, deli ham and miso
>dessert is half an apple pie
>probably around 4000 calories

Meal three:
>all you can eat fish and chips

>another 3 baskets of just fries
>2 beers
>probably about 5000 calories
>also had three donuts for a snack and another full dinner that day

People are retards who think bread is healthy and can't handle things that do something they consider "abnormal." Everyone lost their shit over the Double Down, claiming it has thousands of calories and is the least healthy food ever made, meanwhile it has fewer calories than other normal chicken sandwiches from other places like Wendy's. It had a BIT more cholesterol and a BIT more sodium, as you can see in pic related, but all that additional protein also makes it way more filling. Fast food places sell double, triple, and quadruple cheeseburgers but no one bats an eye at any of that. I guarantee if the Double Down was on a bun no one would have even flinched but people, again, are retards.

>> No.15429351

Oh, and also people gladly eat chicken nuggets or tenders in amounts greater than the mass and calories of the Double Down without thinking, too. No one protested Chick-fil-A when they started selling 30-count chicken nuggets.

The Double Down was pretty damn close and the negative backlash and press was so bad KFC took it away. It's such a shame, too, because the patties they used for the Double Down were seasoned differently (and imo, better) from the ones used for their other sandwiches and was the best sandwich on their menu by far.

Yeah, people are retarded when it comes to nutrition. And it's been studied to death. People don't know how many calories are in most thing by estimation (they are usually off by over 40%), people cant judge what a proper portion is, even when given the weight (such as pick which of these 3 plates has 8oz of meat), and people are terrible at even remembering how much or even what they ate that day. It's no surprise people are fat as fuck when you can spend $5 on a meal deal and get like 1000-1500 calories.

My favorite one is where they took a bunch of people and presented them with a Taco Bell taco salad 3 ways:
>as-is with the Taco Bell branded papers and all
>on a plate without the Taco Bell branding
>with the taco shell broken up and the salad arranged on a fancy plate that looked like it's from a fancy restaurant
Every single person thought the calories were lower the fancier it looked. Ironically, they were closest at estimating the one with Taco Bell branding, but they were still too low on the calories. But the fancier the presentation, the healthier and lower calorie they assumed it was even though all the ingredients and portion sizes were literally identical.

dominos at my town had a coupon for 5 medium pizzas for about 15-20$, I ate them all in a day and then drank like 2 liters of choccy milk. I held it in for like 15 minutes and then puked almost everything out, had to throw away the rug because it smelled terrible no matter what I did to it. The toxic combo of 5 dominos pizzas and chocolate milk killed it. Was a damn good rug too, it really tied the room together. I felt so disgusted with myself I lost like 15 kilos in three months after that.

Same way white upper middle class pussies have all kinds of histrionic delusional reactions to unhealthy food; in the end it does protect them from getting fat which is all that really mattered.
