Perpetuate your lesser sauces all you want, but there always has been and always will be one king. I like Tabasco, don't get me wrong, but there's a reason they're playing top 40 hits at a store and not prog rock: it's commonly palatable, and "good enough" for the vast majority of people. Those who know better won't turn their nose up at it, and those who don't, like it.
