just hard boil em... and if you have another pot and a colander...use the water to make pasta and eventually rice.. there were Sunday's where I would do all that while cutting up salad and baking (sure some water may need to be added if its done several times).. eggs I would slice open and eat with hot sauce

Best for you will depend on what pans, utensils, heat sources, and other ingredients you have.
Egg toppers and cups and an assortment of high quality toasts may simply be irresponsible to suggest.

Most people can scrounge up a frying pan, and fried eggs with a little salt and pepper are pretty good.

Fucking hell, now I have no bread.

Heavy butter, medium heat (for large curds, none of that Gordan Ramsay porridge egg bullshit)
>melt butter
>mix eggs
>add a bit of water (this helps them get a little more fluffy [NOT MILK])
>let them set and stir, it's going to take a few batches to get right, but once you do, you'll be set
That, plus a few slices of dry whole grain toast is an awesome breakfast.
I work construction and do that w/some oatmeal and it lasts me quite a while.

Oh, shit. I had a buddy stay with me and I mastered eggs over easy.
>grease pan
>low heat (it takes patience to cook the white and leave the yolk runny)
>flip it when you see the edges start to turn a tinge
>let it sit for about 30 seconds and cut yourself some toast soldiers to sop up the yolk.
That took me all of two tries to get right, and homeboy said it was the best he had had in his life.
He was a neet and mentioned that it took him "years" to master.
Don't be afraid of the good ol' S&P.
