how do you even describe food tastes? it feels unhelpful to call things rustic or bitter or savory. just doesnt really convey enough about how it really tastes in my opinion

The problem with siracha is people thinking it's a generic hot sauce, and to me, it is pretty lousy at that. However, I love a pile of baby spinach in a soft tortilla wrap along with a bunch of garlic salt and Newman's Oil and Vinegar. It's also rather tasty with shredded sharp cheddar once you warm it a bit to soften the cheese.
