For me, it's the empanadas Nadadoras, called like that because they don't have any meat ('nada' de carne) inside them; only boiled potatoes cooked with onion, tomato and seasoning. They are small, crisp, with nice flavor despite so few ingredients and you can't stop eating them one after the other.
