Mostly that molten meat paste and cheese in the center. The saving grace of the outer third of JitB tacos is the fact you can eat them with the filled part. Can you imagine if they filled them to the brim? As long as you lightly sealed the outside edge it wouldn't lose toppings when fried and it'd be the perfect Mexican uncrustable. It would be the actual opiate of the masses but some suit decided they should underfill them and make 40% of it bland, crispy tortilla.

They aren’t. Before the Jack in the Crack near me became an empty building, I tried to go there a couple different times. The breakfast sandwich was salty to the point of being inedible and the taco was a brick of hardened grease. They deserved to go out of bidness
