Canned corned beef hash is probably the best canned meal out there. Only good when fried though, don't bother microwaving it. I like to fry it up, bunch it up in the middle of the pan, put a divot in the hash hill, crack some eggs into said divot, plus some shredded cheddar. Cover with a lid and cook til whites are set, and slide the whole mess onto a plate, with a drizzle of catsup. Good lawd that's a great meal.
