Is regular cream okay, if so then things like bolognese and beef stroganoff are both simple, kind of fast and most importantly tasty.

Just brown the ground beef/thin beef slices (add onions if you like here)

add cream (if you aren't a cream lover then just go with those chopped tomatoes on a can instead)

insert spices (bolognese: oregano, thyme, sage, perhaps a pinch of rosemary and other things if you'd like | stroganoff: perhaps a bit of nutmeg and white pepper - salt and black pepper goes in both a bit of garlic can be added as well if you want to)

a bit of tomato purée (and some ketchup as well if you want it sweeter plus mustard of course if you like it in food that is)

stir (prefer to add a little bit of milk for taste)

taste (use ketchup to add sweetness, salt for salt and milk to dilute if it's too strong and just let it cook for longer to get more concentrated from when water evaporates if it gets too bland)

eat or just let it kind of gently bubble for as long as you'd like

serve with rice in the case of beef stroganoff and spaghetti in the case of bolognese and this of course you just cook in a separate pot at the side while you focus on the sauce because it does it's own thing and finishes by itself
