Only cooklets "don't like steak", because to get a good steak you need to cook it yourself. Every chain steakhouse is a scam that serves sub-standard cuts of meat and cooks them like shit. There are probably decent restaurants that serve decent steak, but to get the actual excellent steak experience you're either shelling out a bunch of money at a high-end restaurant or making it yourself. This is where the cooklet flounders, for he can't fathom the idea of cooking anything that doesn't come from a box or a frozen bag. The idea of having to learn about steak cuts, and then buying a good steak and treating it right is completely alien to the cooklet. I don't mind steak but it's usually a lot of food for how little variety of flavor there is. With a burger you get all the flavors of the different elements, the bun, the meat, the cheese, the condiments, etc. With steak you might get some extra from herbs/garlic/butter but apart from that you're eating a big hunk of meat that will take you a long time to get through and it's all one flavor.
