Are fried eggs bad for you?
I eat them quite often.

Not too healthy if you have the type that cholesterol goes up easily. Otherwise it's probably just like fried chicken. But impossible to know without tests if you have familial hypercholesterolemia

Some say yes, some say no. Grandma was a farm girl who grew up of food fried in bacon fat, she's in her 90s with good cholesterol levels. Grandpa was a city boy who worked a desk job most of his life, high cholestorol and on Lipitor for a long time, alao he died. My guess, along with at least a few medical journals, is that dietary cholestorol has less impact than lifestlye on your overall health, but moderation in all things is best.

Eggs are extremely healthy. Vegans are spoilt first world brats and liars.

Yes. You will die horribly of cancer after living in pain for years.

dietary choloesterol has no corelation with blood serum cholesteros, which will be elevated if the body has to repair broken tissue as a consequence of long term inflammation.
you can eat all the eggs in the world as long as you avoid bread, paste sugar and all of this junk.
its not the eggs.

"you see the integrity of the egg has been ruined by overcooking it, what many of my contemporaries may refer to as adding depth via a "crunchy" texture (burnt let's just call it what it is) it loses it's subtle velvety consistency and smooth silky finish, many of my detractors may say "why not just poach an egg, you'll end up with a similarly cooked egg" but you see they do not understand the complexities of the true French method, they simply lack the patience and like barbarians cannot comprehend nor display the level of finesse required in French Cuisine, perhaps they should find another circle of hell to inhabit if they can't stand this devil in hell's kitchen"

so called food scientists have their heads too far up their asses to know what they're doing. ask a dozen of them about a range of things and you'll find that pretty much everything is both good and bad for you.

solution, stop giving a shit and eat what you enjoy
