Its a key part of my protein shakes. I use a good a kefir, 100% unflavored whey protein isolate, heavy turmeric, little bit of nutmeg, dash of cinnamon, few almonds. Tasty and efficient.

This has a very distinct and unique flavor. Not like capers at all. They are good, but pungent. Very crisp, but not at all crunchy. I cant think of even how to describe the flavor at the moment.

Yours is probably fresher. It's my understanding that most spices sit in bonding warehouse after bonding warehouse and then have to go through distribution pipelines in the distribution country. Some spices just don't last as long, paprika and turmeric were the examples I was given that most people don't think much of them but they actually have an impact if fresh.

Yeah thats why Iove the fancy Grocery. They have the best bulk section. Not just spices and herbs but rices and flowers and salts and teas. Its amazing.

I got this smoked sweet paprika a month or so ago and it is profoundly stri ger than the Mccormick is had before. Same for cinnamon. I got a bunch today.

I have never used white pepper before and so that will be new.

I just can't see not buying but seasoning and herbs and spices. It seems so much fresher. I know peoole disagree that fresh can apply to dried things.

I just think the taste, smell, color and price are just way better. The full coffee for scale on the amount of chilli powder I got for $2. That seems like a value to me.
