How did they get away with not listing an actual flavor on the packaging?
How did they get away with claiming to be "infused with dragon magic", that's a false advertising suit waiting to happen

If it said "infused with strawberries" but it wasn't, that might be deemed false advertising because people would be led to believe it was infused with strawberries while it wasn't. But even a retard understands that it's not really infused with dragon magic. Well maybe not an autist but the point is, "infused by dragon magic" while technically a lie, would probably not be considered misleading in court.

There is a difference though. That lawsuit was because of claims that Red Bull were claiming that the product improved performance/concentration or something like that, and the slogan of "Red Bull gives you wings" supports that claim. The lawsuit was not because they claimed it was false advertising because they claimed the slogan was supposed to mean that Red Bull literally gives you wings.

I've eaten this out of curiosity a couple of times and I still have no clue what it's supposed to taste like. I love the novelty of colored food though, so maybe we can bring back the blue french fries and purple ketchup.
