Managed to get some super cheap salmon 5.50/lb. The plan is to pan fried after putting some panko on it. With it I'll have some broccoli and cheese and maybe I'll make buttered noodles to go with it as well.

Just pulled a beef silverside out of the pot. Bought to a boil then down to a good simmer for about 3 hours. Had some potato egg salad and a sweet potato with it. Was good. Last one I did was either really overcooked or was just a shit cut was really tough and the leftovers were horrible but this one was great.
