Cut it into smaller pieces and stir fry it long enough for the outside to get to a darker golden color and crispy exterior. Also, you'll find that tofu usually comes in different textures. I always get firm or extra firm. You can eat it, on It's own, but I prefer to add it to stir fry (fry the tofu, first, then add vegetables) and end with a thick sauce (I'll usually make either an orange or bourbon sauce). Pretty tasty.

After I acquire the taste of it, I like it even that way. But as it was previously said, you need to cut it more thinly and after the fry, marinate it in soy sauce + msg

HELLO, RETARDS. CHINK HERE.
If you want to fry tofu, buy the firm shit. You don't have to batter it like a fag, trust me. Just put that shit into some hot oil til it turns golden/golden brown.
NOW do not eat this alone it WILL taste like eating dirty beans (which I like), so I will teach you how to make a sauce: Soy sauce, brown sugar, chili, lemon/lime juice and finely diced red onions. Mix that up however way you want (I prefer it on the sweeter side, myself) and that's about it.

tofu is SS TIER food. it's cheap and delicious IF PREPARED RIGHT. in the same way flyovers complain about fish because their only semblance of a dish with fish is BLAND CITY like frozen fried fish fillets or fish sticks, they'll complain about tofu being flavorless because seasoning is a concept simply out of their comprehension. its meat counterpart is chicken breast in that it has a very simple, straightforward flavor on its own which some may enjoy, but is more often and not eaten with some preparation.
