That's pretty good, maybe try.
Stir into scrambled eggs or an omelette when cooking.
Substitute for ricotta in lasagna or other baked pasta, if you don't like the ricotta texture.

Otherwise, the usual... canned peaches or pinapple tidbits stirred in.

Plain, with paprika, with black pepper, and (very rarely) with jam. 90% of the time it's plain. I fucking love cottage cheese. Trader Joe's has the best one. I heard that Mr. E's garden vegetable is good, but it's only available in some flyover state I don't give a fuck about.
