What variety are you talking about? I was alive well before you were born and well before there was any sort of minority pandering in anything. As for your image, it looks to be for a flavor of Cheetos. Back in the day, the only products available from Frito-Lay were: Cheetos (standard cheese flavor), Fritos (standard corn flavored chips), Doritos (standard corn flavored tortilla chips), plain Lay's potato chips, and plain Ruffles potato chips. It wasn't until a bit later that there were nacho cheese flavored Doritos, chili-flavored Fritos, ranch dressing flavored Doritos, sour cream and onion potato chips, and cheddar and sour cream potato chips.

Those are all "white people flavors" (?) and they're still readily available today. As for the new flavors you don't like, don't buy them. If they're as terrible as you claim, they won't sell in enough numbers for the companies to keep making them.

Your complaint of a lack of new flavors cannot really be put solely on minorities, if at all. The reality is that corporate America is creatively bankrupt (thus all the remakes, sequels, and reboots in movies; reality television; songs that all sound the same), for starters, and the second issue is that the MBAs have squeezed every penny out to enrich themselves and better tasting flavors would either eat into the MBAs' bonuses or would taste terrible at the MBAs' approved cost points.

Buy the snacks from "artisan" companies if you're looking for something spicy, higher quality, and perhaps more agreeable to your palate.
