For me, its the McChicken and Double Patty, take off the bottom buns of both, and put them together. It's under five dollars and the best thing on their menu. Also Honey Mustard is my go to sauce.

You don't have to be fat and eat that much.

I somewhat regularly get a 20 piece, large fry, and 2 mcdoubles. Just eat 1 meal a day with minimal snacking.

I used to do this when I was unemployed. I had the best routine.

>9:30am roll a spliff
>10:30am get mcdonalds 20 piece mcnug, large number 1 with a diet coke, and sometimes and extra mcdoub.
>smoke spliff and eat some food
>once I was 1/4 way done with the diet coke I'd fill it back up with whisky or rum
>finish off food with whisky coke
>begin watching futurama around 12pm and pass out around 1:30pm
>wake up at 4:15pm shower and do the dishes before my GF got home from work
>stay up until 3am playing vidya and "applying for jobs"
>repeat the cycle with culvers the next day
