I do grocery pickup at Walmart, along with stocking when there's time. We're timed as we work, and my pick rate's at ~180. That's 3 items per minute found, picked from the shelf, bagged, and scanned into a tote. It's harder and more stressful than flipping burgers.

The scrubbing part gets dirty easily and it's hard to get food out of it. I just use a regular sponge and for anything tougher I use one of these cheap plastic scrubbers which you can unroll to easily clean after using.

I use this and also a stiff long handle grout brush I bought too for cleaning stuff like grill pans. There's nothing a sponge can do that a brush can't also do, and you can even throw the brush in your dishwasher to degrease it and sanitize.

there are two kinds of silicone "sponges"
