This. While he may not be the best cook on youtube, his recipes are practical for folks who don't have an entire pantry of different spices, oils, and other general ingredients. Half the shit I see on yt are spergs trying to flex with some random-ass spices like safron or w/e who gives a fuck you're BETA lmao. Give me a recipe of shit I'll use consistently
