Well, my sister handed me some absolutely divine Entrecôte aka Rib-eye. Had me some fine steak and let me tell you I really felt like a fucking sinner, it was that good. Got 2 pieces left and now I'm wondering what else there is to do with them. Like, besides steak. Any ideas?

Don't waste steak as anything less than steak. If you want to mix it up grab some prawns & make a cream sauce; surf & turf is amazingly decadent.

I absolutely love nystrip and ribeyes sliced thinly for stir fry. Yes, it's wasteful but the crispy fat edges, the meat so tender that high heat pan searing doesn't toughen it. And, it sucks my my glaze or marinade flavors.

A thinner ribeye seared in "blackened" seasoning, served on garlic butter toasted roll makes a gourmet steak sandwich. Whip up a sour cream-horseradish sauce, a french dip au jus or enhance with a generous amount of grilled onions or mushrooms sauteed in wine deglaze.

Prime rib cut used to be the defacto cut for roasting, and slicing thinly, or for raw ribeye sliced raw in thin slices, and griddled to order for the philly cheesesteak sub idea. Partially freeze to slice it thinly.
