4/sushi only holds for certain forms of sushi - rolls with rice on the outside.

Some sushi is toast, some is other.

Hotdogs are obviously tacos; ravioli may or may not be calzones.

Pizza is toast, but everyone transforms it into a taco out of practical necessity. Deep dish is obviously soup in a bread bowl, so that's pretty accurate.

Foods like poke do not seem to be addressed by this ruleset.
