Our domestic equivalent to lunchables was the Schneiders Lunchmate, which had the same cheese, meat, and crackers pack with a KitKat bar. Sure enough, Schneiders nowadays also sells "Snack Kits" which are mostly just adult lunchables without the mini KitKat bar and in more "mature packaging".
