Probably going to make spam and scrambled eggs tomorrow for brunch, is this a good idea? I’m just going to fry 2 or 3 slices of spam and put it on a buttered English muffin with a side of scrambled eggs.

Slice it thin, try to get a good crisp on it. Watch your sodium levels.

Spam is fucking awesome but
>>14903204 right, shit's salty so have a good ratio of Spam to not-Spam

Yeah its awesome. its great with eggs by itself. make sure to fry it up and give it a little crust. but not too much to the point where its burnt and not chewy/springy at all anymore. probably not great for u bc sodium but honestly theres a lot worse you could be eating than spam and eggs idk

SPAM's the bees tits. I only get the reduced sodium, and it's still pzatly as fuck but with 1/3 less.

You're doing the right thing, pairs great with eggs (no salt needed on those fuckers) and I like to have a side of something that isn't salty at all, engrish muff is a good idea but I usually steam some baby broccoli or kale or the like. Good any time of day, especially if hungover

Aside from pairing it with a starch to cut the saltiness (not fucking kale, lol), this is honestly the best advice. You want it crispy, but it's easy to overcook, and it's really not good if it's overcooked and the center isn't moist and "springy".

anon kale is delicious if you cook it properly, it's not like spinach that wilts in 15 seconds, you need to boil or steam that shit for a good 10min or more, and then it's yummy. i personally do not think it has a strong taste, but if you think it does then i would suggest boiling which makes it a bit milder. steaming is betta nutrition though

I love my greens, both Southern and Hawaiian, but kale tastes like ass no matter how it's prepared.

Do you don't, really. You like modern greens that have had the flavor bred out of them.
