microwave from frozen for a minute wrapped in a paper towel so their just slightly overcooked. then unwrap and set aside to cool from nuclear hot. throw a flour tortilla in the microwave and lay the hotdog juiced paper towel over it. microwave for 30 seconds. Spread cream cheese on the tortilla, throw in the dog and wrap like a really skinny burrito.

Poor man's meal. MIcrowave some potatoes, slice the hotdogs and cook in butter with onion and set aside. Cube the potatoes and brown in butter. Add the meat/onions, cook longer add ketchup and pickled jalapenos.

I slice them long-ways into four pieces, sauté them quick, and put them inside kim-bop with the other usual stuff. Also I make the Woks of Life Chinese milk bun recipe. I never eat hot dogs in a bun—that’s just weird.

On a serious note for this thread, I'll share the recipe my divorced father made for us about 3 times a week growing up.

>8 pack of BEEF hot dogs, not that pig shit
>pound of Colby cheese
>tube of pillsbury crescent rolls

Run a knife down the side of the dog lengthwise. Put a length of cheese in the slice. Wrap the whole thing in a crescent roll. Repeat 7 times. Throw them in the oven per the instructions on the crescent roll container.

We called them cheesey dogs, and kid me loved them. Made them about a year ago because of nostalgia and I made through two of them before I wanted to puke.
