Question, why is it when I drink during the week it makes it hard for me to fall asleep? I have a constant dehydrated feeling where I'm hot in bed, I drink cold water, then after a bit I have to pee then rinse and repeat. I'm not even drinking heavy, maybe 3 shots of vodka straight

I don't really know what to tell you besides the fact that alcohol, like all drugs, affects everyone differently. I find that if I stop drinking at least 3 hours before bedtime and spend those hours drinking water and herbal tea I can usually get a normal nights sleep complete with REM dreams and a strong desire to go back to sleep when I wake up.
