I like the Ace Joker, I think that was the one anyway, it was for sure an Ace cider, its not very sweet so its a lot more drinkable to me. Struggle to get through a lot of ciders due to the sweetness.

In a way, depends what you did instead. I drank almost every weekend from when I was 16 till I was 19. Some great moments but now I think I wasted a lot of time. When I was a young teen, I would buy a 2 litre of cider for €5 and drink that in a field or down a lane with my friends and then just mess around for the day

Plenty of ciders aren't sweet. Dry Wiltshire and Herefordshire Ciders for example. Kent Ciders especially aren't sweet, they're very dry, almost astringent.

God I wish my family still brewed the old special reserve Malvern Gold - that stuff was beautiful, no-fizz-necessary, liquid sunshine, filtered through platinum - but they just make regular-tier mass-market stuff from frozen apple juice now as Bulmer's who bought them wanted them to, and that brewery isn't even in the Three Counties anymore 'cause the lease expired.

First time I ever had one was in Barcelona at 17. Had no idea and just ordered it since I saw it on tap. Def prefer it to Angry O or. I found Pic Related once and it's hands fucking down the best cider I ever had. Gorgeous light pear cider on a summer evening after work with coworker homies. Never found it a second time.
