I haven’t but when I was in Dubai with the military At Dubai mall you go to jail for eating or drinking anything in public during Ramadan that being said all the fast food places are still open so a lot of foreigners and fat arabs get food and go to the toilets and eat it
Pretty crazy at the food court during the final prayer everyone is just sitting there in front of their food waiting and there’s police and security there to make

At a lot of the hotels you can get room service and eat in your room just don’t get caught sipping on some water in public or you’re fucked
