I want to do a dairy based buffet with lots of dairy based dishes from different cultures, kinda like Golden Corral does with fried food, but I want to call it Creamy Ranch. We'd also offer lactaid pills for the lactose intolerant but at ridiculously marked up prices so family members with the allergy would pay for that too.

That's a good start anon. I like the brainstorming. We could expand this to a seasonal dining type restaurant based upon exclusively BIPOC cuisine and dishes and make it rely on local minority based farms and vendors. Great energy, just great.

Could have one of those lifesized plastic cows with milkable udders in the waiting room

Scrap it entirely. Capitalize on a distinct lack of fast Italian food. Pre make sauces and have noodles ready at the go with a quick 45 second mixing with the sauce. Charge $4.99 for the base pasta and sauce and $2.99 for any extra twigs of meat.

>muh freshness
It’s gonna be fast food pasta retard
>muh cost
8.99 for a meal that would cost $2.50 for the collective ingredients okay

there's a place in my city called patrizi's that does this and they're killer. i don't think people consistently eat a lot of italian food tho, at least not here.

i wanted to make a smoothie bar that let you pick out what you wanted in your smoothie and put it in a personal blender and you just hand it to one employee to blend it for you and then they ring it up.
probably has been done/too noisy.

you could just put all the little blenders under some soundproof lid or something.

i'd love to set it up like the amazon store where you don't check out so people could just stop in, make a fresh smoothie, pay for it, and leave.
i feel like the idea would work best as one of those really fancy vending machines like the ones they have for coffee. you press what you want, the machine makes it, and cleans the blender out for the next smoothie.

there's a company doing that with coffee called briggo

yeah. i’ve ordered from it once at my whole foods.
im assuming it would be more difficult to somehow automate the cleaning of the blending apparatus without leaving residue from soap or the last smoothie that was made.
