that wasnt my criticism, my criticism was that he doesn't give a fuck about the food, eating the food, or making the food taste good. he only gives a fuck about making a video more clickable and getting more street cred. he's not a dude excited about food making videos about food, he's a marketer making food videos where the food part is just the hook to get you in to watch his video. the fact that he doesn't actually know what he's doing only bothers me to the extent that it makes his pretentiousness even more insufferable. i feel like you should at least have to earn that level of shit eating self indulgence.
