Just got Suntory, and it's one of the best whiskies I had.
Definitely not as good as some Scotch and Irish whiskies, but I am not sure how good it is compared to other Japanese whiskies since it is the first Japanese whisky I got.

What whiskies does /ck/ recommend?

I feel the lower priced suntories are just too light and sweet. Their more aged stuff is nice. I'm typically a bourbon fan. Knob creek is my go to.
