Here in Minnesota we have a regional specialty of dessert tacos with ranch, we call it a Cold Andy. Do any other /ck/ users have a food like this near them?

here in idaho, we like to grate some parmesan onto a slice of cheesecake. they're both cheese i guess is the logic but the tangy salty parmesan kind of adds a kick to the cheesecake. it's not bad. we call it a 'niggerboat'.
