This is all for "soy sauce" in my home.
I was wondering if there were more.
However, this is enough for my wife's daily cooking and soy sauce to use in her daily meals.
Strong soy sauce. Light-tasting soy sauce. Kanto style. Kansai style. Select it according to the purpose and use the appropriate amount to cook.
In Japan, there are many soy sauces that even an amateur like me would find very delicious. However, the true taste of an amateur may not be necessary for a "cook".
For those who want the taste of soy sauce, I recommend "Kinbue".
But my wife, who cooks, rarely uses Kinbue for cooking.

Stay away from soy, receipt paper and plastic if you can
It won't literally make you grow boobs, but it will damage your entire body, including brain
That's why millennials and zoomers are all mentally fucked up with autism, adhd, bipolar, depression, dysphoria etc. and are low test faggots.

A dab of soy sauce won't instantly turn you into a tranny, but the chemicals leaching from plastics (phtalates, bisphenols and PBDEs to name a few), pesticide run off, industrial pollution etc. all add up together and so you should try to limit your exposure.

For me, it's WY™ brand Soy Sauce packets.

At my local Chinese takeaway ("Happy Fortune Dragon Chinese Food and Fried Chicken Express TO-GO"), the immigrant proprietress Mrs. Lee usually includes a few free packets with each meal, just because she knows that among caucasians I am an exceptional worldly man of culture who appreciates the artful nuance of Oriental cuisine.

And yes, it has to be in the packets, which are actually considered more traditionally authentic than bottles in the worldside soy-sauce capital of North Bergen, NJ.
