You can try consuming curry over rice. It's not only cheap but very filling.

Rice and beans is one of the cheapest.

However in a previous thread an anon calculated the lowest cost per calorie foods you can buy. It's actually cake mix. There's no cheaper poorfag alternative than eating a box of cake mix a day. This might result in some health issues though.

I can confirm. I'd eat one of these a weak along with 50¢ day old bread from Jimmy John's and a couple $1 packs of deli meat.

Spice up that beans and rice with this goya stuff...

That frozen stuff isn't inexpensive at all, in fact it's a waste of money. If you're trying to spend less money then rice and beans with some spices rocks. For the expense of what you listed I could get a couple pounds or good beans and some good rice that last for a month, like $5 or so instead of what you listed which might last for a day or two.

Yeah I probably should have left those burritos off they aren’t as cheap as I thought now that I looked them up. The ones I buy are only 6oz and cost $1.69 per

Retard, a loaf of break can be less than a dollar, eggs are 75¢ for a dozen, and 12 servings of powdered milk is about $2.50. That's at least 1 week of food for $5- $10, or a month for $20- $40.
