I really like coffee and nocciola as well.
Banana and chocolate are good too.
I'm basing this off of the stuff you get at a gelateria. Nobody calls ice-cream gelato here in Italy though. I'd say I'm fairly boring and like basic cream based ice creams. Not big on chocolate on it's own or anything that overpowers the cream. From the fruit section I probably prefer lemon and strawberry the most. I had cocounut once and I thought it was good too.
