When I was a wee lad my dad used to give me the above without tajin, though, and sometimes with the dry salsa macha his friend made and sold. It had peanuts or almonds finely ground into it, fucking unbelievable.

The acidic taste from lemon is more neutral, lime is great but sometimes I don't want such noticeable lime flavor.
