I seriously considered calling an ambulance when I started feeling funny, and wondered if I died then and there how long it would be for someone to come find me very few people have access to that room, and very few people require access to it.

No, alcohol detox would actually keep you up, accompanied by hot flashes and your heart trying to leave your body. Ive been through it multiple times, it fucking sucks. Ive had seizures too trying to quit cold turkey. When I checked myself into rehab they actually handed me a beer and told me to drink it really slowly to help taper off because the doctor who could give me librium wasnt in yet.

This stuff has that strong heat but isn't too bad and just slightly sweet and smoky. Great for food that would be better if it was spicy but would lose from drastically changing the flavor profile like Tabasco or other vinegar based sauces.

I like cayennes more than tabascos so Crystal tastes better to me. But I came here to post your opinion, Marie Sharp is a pepper sauce goddess. Toss wings in her hot sauce and a little butter, it's awesome. As long as the food can stand up to the heat; Crystal is my mild choice. Plus Yellowbird Serrano for green sauce needs.
