Ausfag here, I worked for a food testing lab and one of our clients was Subway. Everything comes in bags frozen including the bread, the salads are bagged and already prepared. The eggs were cooked and frozen in discs, like weird hockey pucks. Even maccas cracks you an egg on a grill. Nothing was made locally either, it was all imported. The closest was the cheese was from NZ.
