I keep them around for when I'm drunk and just need to put some food inside me before I pass out, so usually 1-2 on a toasted bun with ketchup, mayo and mustard. But I usually black out before I can eat, so probably I have 1-2 every other month or so.

Back when I lived in Chicago I would eat like 3-4 hotdogs every week. Yeah it was unhealthy as shit but it was too fucking easy, there was a place right next to where i worked in the loop that had a lunch deal of 2 Chicago dogs, fries and a drink for 4 dollars, and you could be in and out within 5 minutes. I'd eat that shit at least 2 sometimes 3 times a week. Unfortunately their Italian beefs were garbage, maybe that's a good thing though because God only knows how many of those I'd have inhaled over the years

fuck, let me work this out..
so most days i wake up in the middle of the night, maybe 2am and grab a hot dog or two from the fridge as a little snack. Im still half asleep so i just eat them plain and cold
For breakfast i will usually fry up five hot dogs and eat three of them with some eggs. the other two i take to work as a light snack.
About an our or so into work i refill on coffee and eat those two hot dogs i brought (on slices of white bread from home and a packet of ketchup from the break room)
At about lunch time i grab a couple of hot dogs from the hot dog stand near the office. Usually one with sauerkraut and one with grilled onions. Sometimes ill grab a third and have it with just ketchup and mustard.
The amount of hot dogs eaten at dinner kind of varies depending on what my wife made. It might just be a couple dogs on buns with all the toppings or it could be one of her famous hot dog hot dishes, or hot dog dishes as she likes to call them.
I try to refrain from eating after dinner but if i need a little snack i might cut a hot dog in half, fry it and make a little sandwich.
so i guess it could be anywhere from 10 to 15 hot dogs per day. Great source of protein
