Why are Amerisharts so clueless when it comes to food and cooking?
Even here in Australia most people know the basics despite the fact home economics is no longer on the curriculum.

I remember being like 7 and thinking home economics would teach me how to make a household budget and do taxes and then I was deeply disappointed that it was about making yucky quiches. My teacher bullied me for not wanting to eat any of the food we cooked too
