>> No.14481866

Absolutely yes. They are full of energy and good spirits.

>> No.14481869

Sometimes. I prefer apple fritters if going that route.

A donut or two and black coffee or with a splash of cream? Sure. 5 donuts on top of some sugary creamy mess with a splash of coffee no.

Hard pass, at least if thats just one out of your standard american daily meals.

One donut has got to have 350-500 kcal at least and so two of them could come close to 1000kcal. Your other two to 4 meals will rake in 2000-4000 more calories. I would advise any fat american sharter to not breakfast at all.

Coffee:

As long as you drink it 14 hours before sleep time, less than 3 cups per day AND without any sugar, it's fine.

Donuts:

Store-bought are a no obviously, they are not good for you. Homemade with a sugar alternative would be fine.

Also forgot to say, obviously not deep fried donuts, either air-fried or just baked. Cream cheese + sweetener is a good glaze, chocolate + butter another good cover.

I worked at a legit ass donut shop.

Too bad we still used soybean oil to fry our donuts. DO NOT EAT DONUTS unless you make them yourself, they are made from garbage. Ours were better and made fresh onsite all day but donuts in general are made of toxic shit with toxic levels of sugar.

That's kind of why I'm buying doughnuts in the first place. It's a treat.
