Is there any good healthy sidedish that burgers could enjoy besides bacon, chicken wings or grilled cheese?

Pic related something not heavy and fucking good. Bread with extra virgin olive oil, tomatoes, onion, and green onion to add a mild spice go fuck yourselves.

okra is very tasty, but most picky eaters will probably be turned off by the slime

Just make a gravy out of the juices of whatever you're roasting and cover the veg with it.

I recognized the word, but if you showed me a picture of the dish I wouldn't have remembered the name because I always just call it tomato mozzarella salad. So you're half right there.
However, the male side of my family has been making the dish since my great grandfather, and we don't have a lick of Italian in us. On that last note, I do occasionally add onion like my grandfather did, which I don't think is traditional.

there are very few vegetables that will not taste good if you baste them with butter or olive oil, broil them, and season them with salt and pepper
