I made this monstrosity for dinner, tonight. A thick layer of full-fat mozzarella, homemade pesto, Italian sausage, and sauce (made with home-grown tomatoes). Sure it looks like a wound, just beginning to scab and it skits the outer regions of what can be defined as "pizza", but it was tasty. How would you fine people rate my dinner?

Well, I'd cut into it, too soon after taking it out of the oven, and everything inside started to ooze out. I put it in the fridge, after eating, in hope that it would solidify, but it still looks a mess.

I've seen some places do this stuff before and they put crust over some of the toppings then bake it a bit then top it more and another crust then final topping and bake for the last time
